My son goes to a daycare center that he’s been attending since 5 months old and is now 16 months old he started in a infant room and let me say that when he was in the infant room I was all an all really pleased with the care and everything well once he was walking well they move him up to a 1 year old class that has more learning and more activities and outside play each day so I was very excited for the move up until they then received a new teacher there’s two teachers in his class and 8 kids however it’s pretty rare for all 8 kids to be there in a day anyways my son moved over in September thy are supposed to notify you on basic things your child may be getting low on and need like diapers, wipes and milk because my son is lactose intolerant and is on special milk for that well towards the middle to end of October I stopped getting slips that he was running low so I started checking each day no big deal however when I’m in a rush to get to work and drop off my child I don’t always have the time and when I pick him up he’s in another room to let staff go home so started getting where he was coming home in strange diapers looking to see he has no wipes or diapers so I talked with her she assured me that it was her job and she will be sure to make the slip out fine I even asked if this is something I need to just watch for myself okay then some other stuff his belongings coat, mittens and hat I have found placed in other kids cubbies well now he has a sweater that’s just up and gone fine no big deal I said to her whatever that happens then yesterday his daily log sheet not posted no way to know when he was changed what he had for snack or his nap for the day then this morning I drop off his lunch to look and see he has completely no milk for the day of course never received a slip after speaking with her what should I do here? Talking to her just isn’t getting me anywhere
