2 dpo fullness feeling on left side? Clarifying - not asking about pregnancy symptoms.

I’m 2-3 dpo but have a heavy fullness feeling on my left side. 
I completed my first round of clomid cd 3-7 and had a super positive opk on Sunday 12/2
I’m not in pain but I have a weird ache and fullness feeling on my left side. I’ve read that some women have had to be hospitalized due to ovaries swelling and not releasing fluid. 
Has anyone experienced this? What should I be on the look out for?

I did two rounds of clomid to get pregnant with my daughter. Approximately 2 weeks after my first round I had an ache on my left side. I went and had it checked out and found a baseball size cyst on left ovary. The second round I had an hcg shot to stimulate ovulation and was pregnant two weeks later. She is now 5 and I also have PCOS. I hope this helps and good luck!!!

This is way too early for any pregnancy related symptoms. Implantation happens 6dpo to 12dpo. This could be ovulation related.
