Confused
So according to lmp I am 8 weeks today. I went for an vaginal ultrasound yesterday and they couldn’t find a heartbeat. I think I can be 6+4. I called today and they said to not viable. I don’t know what to think. Did I miscarry or am I still pregnant? No cramping or bleeding at all.
