Early bfp and early intense symptoms sign of twins?
I got a bfp at 7dpo and have been having lots of cramps/twinges and other symptoms (which is why I tested so dang early!)
since twins run in both sides of our families, and I’m in my 30s, my husband won’t stop joking that it must be twins.
Is there anyone that figured they were having twins before they saw it on the ultrasound? Are there actually signs??
