Is it ok to let her

So baby has been really fussy and wanting to be held 24/7. Yes she’s only two weeks but I can’t get ANYTHING done! I have two older kids I need to tend to and the house as well.

So I’ve been putting her down in her pack and play and she’s ok but she will “whine and complain “. She’s not crying hysterically. She’s been fed and changed. Is it ok to just let her complain it out until she falls asleep? I feel bad on one had but I can’t be holding her every min of the day.
