First infertility appointment

So We’ve been ttc for 20 months now and have tried everything possible but no luck. We each have a child from previous marriage. Today I have my first appointment with an infertility doctor. Weird thing is that I’ve had morning sickness all week. Glow shows I’ll start my period in 7 days. I know it’s too early to test but I was weak and tested yesterday lol it came up negative. Not sure what’s going on with me! Praying my appointment goes good! 🙏🏽🙏🏽
