How soon can/should you try after a MC??

My doctor said wait until my first cycle comes back however I’ve read that you can try right away after a MC. Please help! 🙏🏼🙏🏼wanting to try again soon but will wait if that would be best.

If you miscarried early you can try again right away. I miscarried at 5 weeks and my doc said they’d like me to wait one cycle to help them with dating the next pregnancy but that there was really no real risk. I tried again right away and my tww begins today. If you are emotionally ready I don’t see why you couldn’t, depending on your miscarriage

I had an early miscarriage aka chemical pregnancy and my doctor advised me to wait one cycle and I didn’t. I got pregnant 2 weeks later and I’m very thankful for that. It has been a very complicated pregnancy (subchorionic hematoma, placenta previa, breech baby which all have since resolved) and I wonder if not waiting had anything to do with my issues. Luckily the baby is healthy and they were only bumps in the road. I’m getting induced this weekend.

My doctor said to wait one cycle because the cycle will give the uterus line thicker and a chance for the egg to absorb into the uterus and less chance of miscarry again. It is because my MMC was 12 wks.

For my first miscarriage (chemical) my doctor said we can try again right away if I was ok emotionally. The second miscarriage at 8 weeks, I had to get a D&C. She wanted us to wait at least 2 months and go through additional testing.

Currently wondering the same thing I just went through my 2nd miscarriage stopped bleeding a week ago and want to try right away but afraid of the risk of another miscarrige this one was natural at 5 or 6 weeks and then my one in Sept was at 8 weeks but had to take medicine to start my body to miscarry.. I have a appt on the 19th of dec but that seems so far away . . Baby dust to you and sorry for your loss 💞

I miscarried naturally at 9weeks. Had my two week follow up with my Dr and she told us we could try again right away. It’s been a little over 3 weeks since my miscarriage and haven’t ovulated yet. I’m thinking it’ll be later as I may be that girl that doesn’t get a cycle til 6weeks after MC.
