Is this normal? Withdraw bleed?

Okay so I switched pills about 3 months ago due to side affects with emotions.. anyway these last few weeks have been really bad on me mentally so my mom and boyfriend wanted me to stop my birth control to see if that’s what’s causing me to be so depressed or if I should consult a doctor. However.. I was already a week into my pills (Sunday start) so I stopped taking them the following Sunday and on Wednesday I experienced bleeding and cramps as if I had my period. Is this normal? Is it just another withdrawal bleed even tho I had one not even 2 weeks ago?
