I need help im confused

I had my period which I think was my period I spotted on the 27 bleed like a period on the 28 and half of the 29 and nothing after that just spotted brown blood a little,

now my boobs hurt I'm cramping really bad and my back is killing me I took pregnancy test on the 1st but negative I think or dye run so I'm confused I've never had a period like this ever I bleed every 24 days for about 5 days! At the time I took the pic they was still wet!
