Nude maternity photos of a minor ?

If a minor (under 18 years, in my region) was a "soon to be mommy", would taking nude maternity photos (with or without posting them on social media) be considered child pornography IN YOUR OPINION? (I understand the legal term would be if the photos showed areola/labia)

Yes.  Even if she pocesses images of herself or any member of the family has them or sees them they could be convicted.  I think it's tasteful for an adult, however underaged seems a bit distasteful to me.

Art and porn are very different.

Sure, anyone can go into a museum or art gallery and be turned on by nude paintings, but that doesn't make it porn.

Nude baby photos are not porn. Sure, sickos make is sexual, but they are not sexual photos. Same situation. She is not posing in a sexual nature, so it shouldn't be thought of sexually.

I mean, I would t take them if a minor, just for the fact there could be legal things later down the line from greedy dumb people.

Maybe, advise them on having a family member take them?
