PCOS and Possibly Pregnant

Looking for some encouragement. I was diagnosed with PCOS at 17, now 29. I have one amazing daughter, almost 2 and we had to use medication to have her. Now I have been off my birth control since June, but not actively TTC. I have been having regular cycles, just long ones 35 days. Now I am a day or two late, some cramping, and horrible nausea for the last two days. I can't help but wonder if I'm pregnant, but am too scared to take the test. I just don't want to see another negative test. Like I said we weren't actively trying, but I kinda hoped it would happen on it's own with out medication. Thanks for taking the time to read!
