Restless legs remedies?
I'm willing to try anything at this point... Every time I lie down to go to sleep it's like my legs are like 'na-uhhh!' It just feels like they're compelling me to kick, or at least to move them around non stop. Which isn't how you want your legs to feel when you're exhausted and want to go to sleep and you have to get up for work in the morning.
Someone said to try doing some squats. Tried that, didn't work for me... Same with going for a walk. Or taking a hot shower. Or taking a cold shower. Or not eating carbs before bed. Anyone have any other tips or will I just have to accept that this is gonna keep happening every night for the next 2 months as well...? Getting a little desperate here... I can't even relax and read a book because the feeling doesn't go away when I stop trying to sleep either :(
