Sleeping

How to get my 7 week old to sleep. She had about 5 hours sleep in total alday and for the past 5 hours been up she won't go to sleep and when she does it's only 20 minutes I'm so tired, it's always a nightmare with sleep, I'm starting not to like her. When I see she starting to wake I get hold of her to rock her back off but my stupid partner always say "she ain't tired let her stay up" well fuck face she is tired well over tired and end up having a crying baby. I'm trying my best but I'm knackered, she does this everyday I even got the amber beads to help her sleep but no that didn't work.
