Lower Left Side Pain (Ovary area)?

Question

Approx 5 weeks pregnant. Over the last few days I've noticed an increase in BMs (still solid) accompanied with mild left side pain. Feels like maybe ovary or intestinal area beside hip bone. Its intermittent, seems to get better when bowels settle but has been present in the mornings. Anyone else have this? Should I be worried? TIA

I would get nervous about lower abdomen pains but soon learned it was gas and things shifting around. Now I can tell what's what, better than at the beginning.

I had the same thing but at 7 weeks ! My doctor told me it’s from constipation
