Fever and ttc, close to ovulation, should we bd

So I’m getting super close to ovulation and I spiked a fever of 101.5. We are supposed to bd this evening. My ovaries hurt and back hurts but nothing else is wrong besides the fever. I’m on clomid, is this something that happens? Help please 😭.
