Implantation spotting?

I checked my cervix when I was in the shower and when I pulled my fingers out there was a tiny spot of blood pink/brownish with a tooooon of creamy think watery discharge. Also after I checked my cervix I started cramping too. Idk what that means. And After the shower I felt something in my panties and thought it was blood because it felt like I was bleeding and I checked it was just a lot of creamy watery clear discharge. I mis calculated my ovulation most fertile time it was dec 1st and 2nd. (I had the EWCM)

Implantation bleeding?
