Sounds yummy, but I’m pretty sure you’re supposed to avoid Licorice Root and Lemongrass during pregnancy 😩

These are things you decide for yourself. In HIGH amounts it’s supposedly causes miscarriage and brain damage. It’s one of those things you read on the Internet with no actual proof.

I mix mine to almond milk and agave too sometimes and that’s delicious too. Some brands are good on their own some taste too medicine-y

Where did you get your raspberry leaf tea? I’ve looked at 3 places and none of them had it!

The brand is Traditional Medicinals and pretty much everyone carries it, Target, Amazon, local supermarkets. It’s a popular brand

I love the passion tea from Starbucks. Especially a passion tea lemonade, but I’ve avoided it my entire pregnancy because I’ve read A LOT of places that hibiscus isn’t good while pregnant. I wouldn’t suggest adding in the passion tea 😬

Yea supposedly in high amounts I avoided it in my first and second trimester but now if it causes contractions that’s great being the baby already. At this point everything is bad during pregnancy lol so you make you’re own judgement even “pregnancy teas” are “dangerous” even primrose oil is dangerous and here we are using it to thin out/dialate lol

Good to know, thank you! I haven’t started drinking mine yet, but good to know if I don’t like it that I have options.

You’re welcome ;) some enjoy the very leafy taste with some stevia. If you have any other teas you absolutely love I’d mix it with that. I just know for a fact passion TAZO is very very strong! :)
