Birth control/ acne

I was prescribed a combination pill about 5 years ago to fix my cystic acne and after I became sexually active i switched to the implant in the hopes that it would help keep my acne away and prevent pregnancy. Well the implant just wasn’t for me, it didn’t help my acne and I was constantly bleeding, so I went back on the pill, just a different brand. Now as a college student working a night job and traveling back and forth from hospitals or visiting family it’s easier for me to slip up and miss a few days, and the pills don’t seem to be helping my acne. Is there any birth control option that would give me those hormones without having to take a daily dose?
