Braxton Hicks?
31 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing strange Braxton Hicks for me. Often times I’ll be resting or laying down when I’ll have a BH and will get super light headed, dizzy, ears ringing, and feel like someone is sitting on my chest on top of feeling out of breath. Sometimes it’ll feel like period like cramping and back pain for a bit. Has anyone else experienced this? Changing positions doesn’t seem to help and I’m drinking plenty of water.
