I have weirdly specific anxiety and it is worse when it comes to over-thinking about things happening in the world in general. It got worse during and after my last pregnancy as well. 
After I had my daughter, we had some extra formula that we posted for free online. A woman and her friend came to pick it up and they immediately made her son a bottle and started feeding him in the back of the car. Which made me start thinking about what it must be like to not know if/when I would be able to feed my child, which made me think of the fact that this is a real struggle for women around the world, which led to two-ish days of heart pounding, not being able to breathe and of wanting to bawl anytime I heard her cry or even thought of the fact that there are mothers in the world that just have to listen to their children cry out of hunger and can’t do anything about it. 
Earlier this week it was a news story about carbon emissions that set me off into a 2 day what I call “over-thinking anxiety spirals.” I think that postpartum hormones made it worse last time, so thinking of avoiding watching the news for like a month after the baby comes.

I’ve had anxiety and panic disorder sense 2012. First pregnancy it’s like I was in remission from it. Didn’t have much of a problem but this one I’m the opposite. Heart starts pounding out of my chest atleast once a day. I’m scared to go into labor this time.

Never had a panic attack, but a few weeks ago, I got in an argument with my mom and literally COULD NOT calm myself. My heart rate was through the roof for a good two hours so I'm sure my blood pressure was elevated too. I'm normally a pretty easy-going person so it was kinda scary.

Is anyone elses anxiety worse??
