HCG serum Pregnancy

Hello! So I went to the doctor today and as she asked me about my last menstrual cycle I noticed I was 2 days late! So she ran a urine test, that came out negative. Then we did a serum Pregnancy test and this is what the results are. Soo I’m just confirm that this means I’m pregnant? Please send help! Thank you in advance!
