Contracting or not?

Earlier I was having a little crampy pains around 7pm, at around 8ish after I was finished using the rr i wiped and had 2 streaks of blood and after that nothing more, i had a little more cramping but very bearable, I decided to take a nap while my bf and his brother play games then I wake up to a sharp period like cramping that didnt go away and was kind of getting worse. Now im on this bouncy ball to try to help. Could i be going into labor or having contractions?
