False Positive? Help please

So my period is 6 days late. So I bought a pregnacy test first a first response digital it came back with a yes so today I bought a clear blue digital and it came back pregnant 2-3 weeks. I had bought the test with the + and - the first time and it made a very faint plus and then the one with the lines made a very faint  two lines. I'm going crazy now because I've been reading online about people having false positives! Someone please help me ​​
