Is it possible to ovulate the day your levels hit 0?  I had what seemed like a positive opk the day I got my first neg pregnancy test after miscarrying. We've been having sex every few days. Today I felt some cramps and 2 night ago I had a dream about death. I had the same symptoms with the last pregnancy and found out I was pregnant 2 weeks later. Is it possible that I ovulated the same day I got my Bfn and maybe I felt some implantation cramps?
