How to get rid of an ingrown hair?

(Sorry the the tmi pic) I'm 90% sure this is an ingrown hair and I've waited for a while in case it would go away on its own but it's starting to visibly have puss and I was wondering if anyone has advice on getting rid of it

It will only go away if you dig the hair out. Pop it and use a needle to get the hair.

If you do pop it, make sure you sterilize whatever you're using around it, and then clean the wound after. It can quickly turn into an infection if you're not careful.

Pull the hair, carefully, so the root comes out.  Then remove the puss and treat like any other open wound.

A towel with warm water on the skin for 5-10 mins and then work on it. It'll help soften the skin.
Just so you know, though, you are more prone to getting them in the future in that same spot from now on. I recommend not shaving. For some people this isnt an option, but a close trim looks way better than gross pus filled bumps amd redness thatll be there for weeks after. Sometimes they even scar and make your pussy skin look bad.

I always just use tweezers. Sometimes it stings but just put some rubbing alcohol on it afterwards and it should be fine.
