Allergic reaction or heat rash???

So I started bananas today and when I was changing him, I noticed this rash on his stomach. At first I thought it might have been because I had a onesie and a fleece jumpsuit on him today and that he just got hot. But then he had a major blowout! But then again he didn’t poop yesterday. Anyone else’s little one have a reaction to bananas???

I just went through this exact problem! He had tried butternut squash and the next day woke up with his stomach and back covered in pinprick rash. The nurse on call said it was definitely heat rash - no more fleece pajamas for my guy. He runs super hot and has had heat rash multiple times. 
Haven’t tried bananas yet but I don’t think that’s a common allergen...

Mama @Michelle if it makes you feel better, this is what heat rash looks like on my red head little dude (day 1)... it is slowly decreasing. No more fleece jammies for us.

This happened with my LO and turns out it was eczema. Switched to Eucerin Baby for lotion and it was gone within a day. It came out of nowhere too so I was panicked like you!

This is from this morning. I haven’t given him bananas since Friday afternoon but the rash is still there. Is this worthy of a call to the dr? I’m a FTM and tend to overreacted.
