I use regular baby wipes with aloe.

Vagisil pH balance works the best for me!

Cetaphil gental cleanser in the shower, wipes when I want to feel fresher

Just water, anything else is not necessary.

Fem fresh. I'm sensitive to even dove down there. Soon as I started using that my UTI's that I was prone to getting suddenly decreased then stopped.
