The last few nights I've been getting pretty painful contractions that keep me up all night and are miserable. I'm assuming it's not labor starting since during the day it gets better. Anyone else experiencing this and how are you dealing? Baths aren't helping, changing positions, chamomile tea, nothing is making them stop. :/ at my last appointment I was only dilated to 1 and 90% effaced. Just miserable and want baby to be here 😩
