Depression and anxiety
So I have been suffering without moderate to severe depression for about 9 years now. I am in the process of trying to not cut anymore which I did for years, but recently up until a month ago it was really bad to the point I’d do it every day. Now that I’m almost a month clean I have been feeling the urge to not eat and I don’t even want to eat at all. Is this normal?
Also besides therapy and antidepressants which I can’t do. Do you all have any tips or tricks to help you through your rough patches that I could try?
