Multivitamin early pregnancy? Just found out im almost 4 weeks pregnant. I take these multivitamins daily which contain 100% daily value of folate. Should I take this until I see my doctor in 3 days? Or should I go buy something else?

You should start taking prenatals. I started taking them as soon as we started TTC. There is really no reason to wait to start taking them.

I would buy actual prenatal, I have this brand in the prenatals and they are really good. They don’t have iron so you will need to get an iron supplement

That's 100% of folate for regular women, not pregnant women. Best to switch to a prenatal now.

These contain Vitamin A which isn’t good for the baby or at least in large amount so I would switch to Prenatal
