Ettie nn for Juliet/Juliette? Read first please!!

In my family, EVERYONE gets nicknames. I kind of want to get a solid nickname picked out from the start so they don’t end up calling my sweet princess Jay or something 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️ I thought Ettie would be beautiful and sweet sounding. Do you think this could work?

I like Jules (pronounced like Jewels) which is also feminine and feels more connected to Juliet but Ettie is cute and old-fashioned which I love throwback names. Congrats on your baby girl!!

Ettie is adorable imo and I never would’ve thought of that as a possibility but it really fits well and sounds equally as feminine as Juliette! 💛

JuJu - my friend’s daughter is Juliet and that’s what they call her. My friend hated it at first but it’s cute now that you  see it with her personality.

My daughter Juliette until my cousin stole the name. But anyways, they call her daughter Juju. I call her Julie.
