So this has been my third attempt trying to get in my cup and i have finally done it 💥🤩

Once it was in me I didnt check if it was open or anything because I just really wanted to be out of the bathroom but I think I felt it pop. I am currently watching a movie with it in but I am also wearing a pad incase I spill. This is one of my heavy days and I dont know how long to leave it in for before I take it out because this is my first time using it and I dont know if I should wait 10 hours or change it in 4 hours instead.
