Does this look like a hidden baby?

Question

I found out I was having twins at my 7w3d ultrasound. My last pregnancy was a miscarriage and I think trying to get back to normal, my body released more than one egg.
We found twins on the ultrasound. 
I bought an at home Doppler because I was worried after the last miscarriage. More than one I have sworn that I have found 3 heartbeats. It could possibly be an echo but I was looking back at my ultrasound pictures and found this in one photo...
Could the tech have missed a 3rd baby in a transvaginal ultrasound??

I don't think so. And they are so close together and tiny that it would be hard to distinguish between two heartbeats let alone 3. You might be hearing your own, too.

My 5 week ultrasound. My twin boys are almost 3 months are are amazing. So I think it could be twins.

It could be your heartbeat your hearing. Doesn't look like another baby. Sorry

i dont see it. i think hidden babies happen when they share a placenta and you can see a mambrane between them
