Ugh progesterone 😔😥
Second or third day taking progesterone pills and unknowingly ovulating today.... all I can say is I'm over it!! THE WORST CRAMPS and that's no joke as whenever I get my period (every 4-6 months) I can't get out of bed because the cramps are so intense I throw up.
