No she’s ok. She just looks like a white baby, that’s how mine was/is too. She hasn’t had a chance to tan yet😉 
If you’re worrying about oxygen (like bluish tinted babies?) I was told to watch the color of her tongue and fingernails. If those turned dusty gray or blue that’s when you would worry, but paleness is ok!
