I lost most of my milk supply due to a very rocky and stressful hospital stay where my baby boy was given formula almost the entire time. I've met with a lactation consultant to figure out how to get my supply back. I went almost two weeks only pumping here and there. Now I pump every three hours (except at night) and I barely made enough milk to slightly cover the bottom of a bottle. It took me two days to gather half an ounce.
