Is it normal for your face to burn a little when you put makeup on?

I've tried a few different brands but they all make my skin burn a little after I apply everything. It'll stop burning after a little while and there's never any redness or other irritation.

That happens to me when my skin is dry or if I overdo it with the acne cream. Maybe you have sensitive skin or you’re reacting to something in the makeup.

Idk it only happens to me with liquid eyeliner.
