One breast produces more?

Question

So I’ve come to realize while I’m double pumping, my right breast will fill a 4 oz bottle, but my left has only gotten to 2.5 oz. 
My baby is only 9 days old and I’m thinking while I was in the hospital my left nipple started bleeding because the pump in the hospital sucked! So I would pump from the right ... does this sound right? Is there a way to even then out? 🤔

This is really normal.  Most women have one breast that produces more.  My right does almost double what the left does.  
I brought this up to my lactation consultant and she said that there’s really nothing you can do- it’s just how the cells are separated.

I'm the same way! My. Left always makes half of what my right does. 🤷

My left always made more than my right and expect it to be the same this time. Its normal for one to make more than other. Baby usually fancies one side and also u do too. I know i did and it was my left bc i could put my arm on the chair end and do schoolwork on my right but that was 8 years ago so dont have that problem anymore

Breasts are more like sisters than twins. It's unlikely they will produce the same amount. My left always produced around 3 ounces more than my left.
