I love the name Rose as a middle name, but my husband's cousin's middle name is Rose along with his best friend's daughter. Would it be too weird if we used it too?

Where I am from Rose is an extremely common middle name and everyone has it so no. If you were going to use some rare name with meaning that they came up with then maybe. But even then, middle names don’t really matter.
