Mild cramping at 7-8 weeks pregnant

Has anyone experienced mild cramping at 7-8 weeks? We miscarried in April and pregnant with our rainbow baby so I’m already on high alert with my symptoms.. no bleeding. I’ve read that mild cramping in early pregnancy is normal with your uterus stretching and so many changes happening with your body. Just looking for anyone else’s experiences
