Do supplements help?

Question

I have very irregular periods after coming off the pill 3+ years and have rarely had a period.  I’ve read a few things and come across the seven seas trying to conceive tablets. I was just wondering if anyone has had any information or experiences regarding these tablets?

Hello 🙋‍♀️ sometimes the pill can cause an imbalance of hormones and it's always good to look into sorting that. Using inositol can help regulate your cycles as it's helps with ovulation and good quality eggs. Vitamins like omega 3 and 6 are good and green tea. I don't actually ovulate on my own and inositol helps with that and also to regulate my cycles so I strongly recommend that. If you are trying to conceive and decide to use inositol as soon as ovualtion shows then stop taking them and wait to test but if it's just to regulate then keep taking them 😊 it's available on eBay and Amazon and doesn't cost the earth.
