I NEED ANSWERS!

Ok so I’m 38+1 and I just used the bathroom. As I went to wipe there was some stuff hanging out of me. I really don’t want to call my doctor because she’s always acting like I’m annoying her but this is my first pregnancy and I know nothing. Does this look like discharge or mucus plug???
