He can’t get me off

So my boyfriend and I have been having regular sex for a while now. We lost our virginity to each other so we are both a little inexperienced and I have never orgasmed but the problem is, I’ve never stressed that he needs to put in the effort of getting me off too. And now it’s sort of become a routine that when he finishes it is over. I don’t really know how to go about it and truthfully I don’t ever even want to have sex anymore because I don’t get anything out of it. What should I tell him to do so I get off too? I don’t even know what to tell him to be honest. I’m asking for personal experiences and like what your s/o does that gets you off. I’m kind of frustrated at this point :/
