TTC don’t want to get my hopes up

Nobody commented on my last post someone please help!! I still don’t really know how to read this and AF is estimated to be here in 4 days I took a at home test today and there was no sign at all of pregnant is was definitely a BFN! I’m trying to not get my hopes up. I don’t know if I should wait until after AF and re test or if there may be any sign in my bbt for hints towards possibly a BFP!
