Lower left abdominal cramps
My period was due on the 9th of Dec... I’m currently experiencing cramping in my bottom left.. period oncoming or?? These cramps don’t feel the same as AF.. but more like the cramps you get when you run a lot or something i guess you can say lol... what are they? Pms?
