tmi NO PICTURE

so my cycle has been on for a month today&its been very light always having yellow pee just pink or red blood on tissue when I wipe never blood clots. i used the bathroom&when I wiped it was something about the length of a pinky finger&a little thicker than yarn I tired to pull it apart it wouldn't break a little brown thing looks like a seed or something about the size of the little red pepper seeds that u can put on ur pizza whay could this be im so confused?
