Pain killing anti-inflammatory cream l?
I fell at home earlier and luckily fell on my side so I don’t think I hurt my tummy but I hit my knee (with no fluid in it) on the tiles and twisted my ankle that I tore all the ligaments of in April. Other than ice, anyone know of something I can use that’s safe for pregnancy? I see Doterra deep blue rub is not recommended during pregnancy
