Gestational Diabetes 😞

Just got the phone call yesterday that I have gestational diabetes! I'm disappointed, and I feel awful. I'm so horrified of doing something wrong and causing damage to my little man. I'm 33 weeks, and I was told to walk as much as I can. PROBLEM: It hurts so much to walk! At this point in my pregnancy, my body is just hurting hurting hurting. Does anyone else have this?

Any tips? Snack ideas?
