How much should a four week old sleep?!

My baby is waking up for feeds every 3 hours but will literally sleep straight after till next feed? Not sure if this is normal. Temperature is fine and lots of wet and dirty nappy. Not sure if I just have a sleepy baby

It really depends on the baby my 4 week old slept all the time but my oldest was always awke

Normal, my son still does this at 11 weeks, but he likes to stay up after feeds during the day.
