Bumped my baby’s head 😭😭

I feel terrible. I was changing her diaper on her changing table which is push against a wall in our house, when she had a new clean diaper on I went to pick her up and didn’t realize how close the wall was so when I picked her up and went to bring her up and over to my shoulder to burp her more, the back of her head hit the wall- she gave me the most confused look and cried a bit then was fine after I gave her a bottle. she’s six weeks old and I already feel like I’ve failed her already, she seems to be okay but has anyone else done this or have any idea what I should be looking out for?
